Any damaged products must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with an exact product replacement only. All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) supplied by a customer service representative. All products returned in resalable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase will be credited minus a 15% restocking fee. No outdated, used or damaged products will be eligible for credit. Credit for all returned products is dependent on the inspection of the returned goods.
