Event Registration FAQ's:
Q: I receive this error when trying to login to my account: "The username and password provided does not match our records."
A: Below are the most common circumstances for when this error occurs:
Your MXI Distributor login may NOT be used on HealthyChocolateLiving.com, you must create a new account on HealthyChocolateLiving.com. This login created may then be used on any of Sound Concepts websites including: HCLTools.com & HealthyChocolateTools.com.
If you have previously logged in to a Sound Concepts website (HCLTools.com, HealthyChocolateTools.com or HealthyChocolateLiving.com) you have already created an account and should use the same login email that you used on one of the listed websites.
Make sure you are entering your full email address as the username and the correct password. Also note that passwords are case sensitive, please verify that the CAPS Lock button is not active.

Q: I'm trying to create an account and I receive this error: "The E-mail Address entered is already used by another account"

A: You've already created an account with another Sound Concepts website, most likely HCLTools.com. You can do one of two things, create a new account with another email address or try logging in using the same username and password you used on the other site.

If you want to use the same email address but you've forgotten your password, refer to the selection below titled "I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?"

Q: I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

A: If you cannot remember your password, but know the email address on your account, you can reset your password by following the link on the login page or clicking the "Reset My Pasword" link below. Simply fill out the form using you account email address and select a new password. You will then be asked to verify your new password through your email account by clicking a link in an e-mail we send you. This must be completed before the new password will be activated. If you're still having trouble please contact Sound Concepts using the Contact Us information below.

Q: I receive this error when I try to submit my order: "The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. Please review billing information below."
A: While logged in to your account, click on the 'My Account' tab located just below the 'Newsletter' tab at the top of the webpage. Verify that your billing information is correct (mainly the ZIP Code) for the card you are using.
